The small “Video created by AI” label stays on every file. Thailand’s consumer rules and the EU both require it, so it keeps your post compliant from the first day. We cannot remove it, and you should not want us to.

“Whose photographs are you using, and who owns the video?”
Yours, and yours. I only use photographs you already own, from your own website or ones you send me. The finished video is yours to publish anywhere, for as long as you like. I keep no rights over it, and I will not put your property in my own advertising without asking you first.

“Why is there a small ‘Video created by AI’ label on it?”
Because the law asks for it, and because it protects you. Thailand’s consumer-protection rules require AI-made advertising to carry a visible label, and the EU has required the same since August 2026. Your post is compliant from the first day. That is why it never comes off, not for anyone, including me.

“How fast is it ready?”
Hours, not weeks. Most tours go out the same day the photographs arrive.
“What if I do not like it?”
You pay once, and if it is not right I refund it. Reply to the email your video arrives in and the money goes back. No form to fill in.
“Do I have to get on a call?”
No calls at all. Photographs come to me, video goes back to you, and you decide in your own time.
“I only have a few photographs.”
It works best from eight or more. Send what you have and I will tell you honestly whether it is enough. I would rather say no than send you something thin.
“Will this help my Airbnb ranking?”
No. Airbnb does not show video on listings, so nobody should promise you that. This is for Facebook, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp and your own booking page.
“Who are you, really?”
