What we collect
When you send the form on this site we store: the website address of your property, your email, your name if you give it, and the language you used. We also keep a shortened technical hash of your network address to protect the form from abuse. To build your video we also take copies of the photographs published on your own website, and we keep them only while the video is being made.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to prepare the free teaser you asked for and send it to your email, and, if you decide to buy, to deliver the full video. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not sell them.
Legal basis
Your request. You ask us for a teaser by sending the form; we process the details you gave to fulfil exactly that request (consent / performance of your request under applicable data-protection law, including Thailand's PDPA).
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete it. If you ask us to remove your details earlier, we do it immediately; we only keep the minimum needed to remember not to contact you again.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this and to deliver your video: our hosting and database providers, the email service that delivers our messages, the payment provider that handles your card if you buy (it is the merchant of record, so your card details never reach us), and the AI video service that turns your photographs into the tour. No advertising networks, no data brokers.
If you received an email from us
We sometimes write once to owners of hotels and villas whose email address is published on their own public website, about a video made from that website's photos. We rely on legitimate interest under Thailand's PDPA (section 24(5)): one message, about your own property, with a working one-click unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we keep only a scrambled code of your address so we can be sure we never write to you again, and if you ask us to delete the video materials, we delete them right away.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to any use. Write to the email below and we answer within 30 days.
